Explore BizFlow Financial with sample data

A read-only walkthrough of the workspace using fictional client companies, so you can judge the screens before sharing anything of your own. Nothing here is editable, and no real client data is involved.

Four screens are open to click through below: expenses, invoices, team permissions and import jobs.

Click through the screens your team would live in

Switch between expenses, invoices, team permissions and import jobs. These are the real screen layouts, filled with the same fictional client companies, so you can see exactly what a bookkeeper sees on a Monday morning.

Every report figure is read from the imports themselves, so it can be traced back to the file and the commit that brought it in. Currencies are reported side by side and never blended into a single total.

Every panel is read-only sample data. In a live workspace each row links back to the import job it arrived in, so any figure can be traced to the file a client sent.

The portfolio, with fictional clients

This is the shape of the real dashboard: balances per currency, data freshness per client, and the exceptions that need a person. A live workspace fills it from your own imports.

Rule-generated alerts close themselves when the underlying data is fixed; manual tasks are closed by the teammate who owns them.

Sample figures are static illustrations. In a live workspace, every number links back to the imported record and the import job it arrived in.

Or see it with your own client data

A demo takes about twenty minutes. Send one or two CSV exports from a client before the call and we will import them live, so you can see what BizFlow surfaces for books you already know.

  • Who it suits: bookkeeping agencies, outsourced finance teams and fractional CFOs looking after more than a handful of client companies.
  • What to bring: a CSV invoice or expense export from any system — QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, Sage, or a plain spreadsheet.
  • What you leave with: a clear answer on whether the oversight layer fits how your practice already works.

Prefer to start on your own? Create an account — plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe, and you can cancel at any time.
